The Class of 1966 Reunion Committee is coordinating the 40th Class Reunion. Co-Chairs for the event are Peter Freer and Marijo (Toner) Brantner. Dates for the reunion are June 30, July 1, and July 2, 2006 in Juneau, Alaska. Events include cocktail party, dinner and picnic plus other side events.

I thought it was just a curious anomaly that no one had posted to the Forum since August 19th, but unfortunately it turns out there was a nasty little bug that was actually preventing people from posting at all. My apologies for not taking care of that sooner!

The bug has been corrected and the Forum should now be fully functional.

Just a reminder: if you ever get an error or find something that doesn't work, you can use the "Feedback" link on the left to send me a little note about it. Just tell me what you tried to do and what happened and I'll get on it as soon as I can.

I've been away on vacation for a couple of weeks and what do I see when I come back? 2,000+ members!

That's a pretty cool number to have reached, considering the site started back in 1997 with just a few of Mike Anderson's friends and has now reached 2,011 members, with most of those joining in the past few years, hearing about the site just through word of mouth and web searches.

So be proud JDHS-ers! Could 3,000 be just around the corner?

In reference to the most recent poll regarding "What did you do after graduation".....although I didn't stay in or return to Juneau to make it my home after graduation, I do SO enjoy going back to visit.

It's fun to see everyone and reflect on how things used to be when I lived there 20+ years ago.

After leaving Juneau and talking with folks that have never been to Alaska, I realize how precious it was go get to grow up there.
